Life Begins Again

The boundaries which divide Life from Death are at best shadowy and vague.
Who shall say where the one ends, and where the other begins?

-Edgar Allan Poe

With a focus on natural elements, each handcrafted piece breathes new life into what was once thought to be lost beyond the veil.

About the Artist

Stemming from a love for flora and fauna, a morbid curiosity, and a "crazy collector" type nature, I chose to use my passion for all three to learn how to create pieces I'd want to see in my collections. My "creator era" for physical products began in 2022 when I decided to turn my fan art into enamel pins (which I also collect). Instead of continuously wishing someone would make something specific to my taste, I decided to put my own skills to the test. I'm now going on 3 years strong making pins (and don't intend to stop), but have decided to pivot some of my efforts towards my new passion project in the alternative art category. Many of the florals used in my pieces are grown and dried in my home in Southern California. I pour all of my love into my pieces and my main goal is for that to be apparent. I can only hope that some of them make it into the hands of those who will cherish and appreciate them as much as I do.

Preserved Flowers

Although I sometimes do source through other sellers, the majority of my florals are grown and/or dried in house. I am always working to better my methods and provide the most beautiful selections for my pieces.

Bugs & Bones

All pieces contain prior living elements. From butterflies and spiders to skulls and feathers, it's important to me that I highlight the beauty of the dead. In doing so, I strive to source "sustainably." I use quotations on "sustainably," because this is a word that means different things to different people. Personally, I do what I can to vet the sellers I buy from and try to ensure that no animals were raised to be killed for the sake of art. Although there is always the chance that some may slip through the cracks due to dishonesty or omission, I try to minimize this as much as possible and make sure there is honor in my craft.

Crystals

Many of my pieces contain crystal specimens individually picked by me. I'm a sucker for a good sparkle and love to source these babies from other small businesses.
